Property Lawyer

HarperLloyd Recruitment is partnering with a leading national law firm to appoint a Property Lawyer (2–6+ years PAE) to join its growing Brisbane property team. This opportunity is ideal for a lawyer with experience in commercial leasing, property transactions, and retirement living / seniors living matters who is looking to work alongside highly regarded practitioners on quality, complex work in a collaborative national practice. You’ll gain strong client exposure, direct mentoring, and the opportunity to work across sophisticated property matters for institutional, developer, and private clients.

Your Day Will Involve

Advising on commercial, retail, and industrial leasing matters
Working on retirement living and seniors housing transactions and advisory matters
Drafting and negotiating leases, agreements, and property documentation
Supporting acquisitions, disposals, and development projects
Managing client relationships and providing commercially focused advice
Collaborating with a high-performing national property team.
